Adults eat less often, diets are also changing
2001
Adults eat less often, but their diet has become more varied. An average Hungarian adult eats 3.1 times during a workday. The same figure was 3.3 in 1999 and 3.8 in 1989. The changes in quantity and quality of meals are reflected in demand and also in shopping habits.
