Results showed that growing pigs fed with FTP had comparable final weight, total gain in weight, average daily gain in weight and feed efficiency. The feeding of 6% FTP significantly increased feed consumption over those fed with 100% commercial mash and reduced feed cost per kg gain in weight. Feeding of 35% FTP as substitute for commercial mash in the finishing pigs resulted in the significantly higher final weight, total gain in weight, average daily gain in weight and feed consumption. In terms of feed efficiency, they were comparable to those fed with 100% commercial mash. Feed cost per kg gain was significantly decreased with increasing levels of FTP. The results show the potential of FTP as a supplement feed for grower and finisher pigs. However, there was a need to further improve the availability of the nutrients in the FTP for growth and development. Hence, the potential hazard of this waste could now be prevented by feeding them to livestock. The technology was limited only to areas where tomato was processed into tomato paste to produce the waste, tomato pomace
