Biological effectiveness of poultry at production of animal proteins

The article is focused on comparison composition of milk for certain mammals and composition of hen's eggs, esential nutrients, amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins and trace elements especially in cow milk. The meat of different domestic animal are compared - by proteins and fatty acids, and effectivity synthesis of protein and fat. Also effectiveness of animal proteins production of domestic animal per 1 ha of arable land is calculated
