Intesity specification of wind erosion on the Dolna Malanta [Nitra District] grounds

Intensity of wind erosion was measured on the lands of the Experimental Base in Dolna Malanta. Both laboratory and terrain measurements were made of the soil types, which are in the region in question. Also, the structure of cultivated crops and terrain inclination were considered to determine an intensity of soil erosion. It can be concluded from the results that the wind erosion of weak intensity (degree 2) at the most can occur in the said territory. These results fully correspond to the structure of soil types found in the territory investigated
