Purposes of this research were to study 1) the state and problems in the local curriculum management about cattle raising 2) the needs of participants in college about the local curriculum management of cattle raising 3) the community's problems is cattle raising and needs of community in the local curriculum management of cattle raising. The sample consisted of 3 administrators, 7 teachers, 1 supervisor 143 students and 58 farmers. The research instruments were interview form and questionaires. Data were analyzed by using percentage and content analysis. The research findings were 1) Ratchaburi Agricultural and Technology College had been managed local curriculum about cattle raising by modifying instructional activities or supplementary activities, modifying curriculum content, adding new syllabus, modifying and/ or selecting suitable media and doing additional instruction media suitably adjusted to the locality. 2) Administrators need local curriculum management about learning and teaching in management dairy cow, economic principles and farm accounting. Most of the teachers thought that the college should not have more courses because the curriculum covered most of the subject. About the adjustment of the subject being taught now, administrators and teachers agreed that they should decrease or cut the repeated subject off and to emphasize more practice and skill. Most students needed local curriculum management about the artificial insemination for the sake of extending knowledge and experiences in cattle raising. 3) The most farmer's problems in cattle raising was artificial insemination failure. So they needed to know more about artificial insemination. Most of the farmers wanted the school taught their children about cattles diseases and diseases preventation. They gave the reason that children could transfer the knowledge to help their family.
