The thesis deals with theoretical and methodic approaches to forming an organizational and economic mechanism of interaction of agricultural enterprises and financial institutions in conditions of transformation of Ukraine's economy. The enterprise's financial strategy is believed to become the "nucleus" of the mechanism. Principles of the creating and functioning of the financial and agroindustrial groups are systematized and adapted. New methods of complex estimation of the enterprises' financial situation are developed
