[Optimal parameters of regimens of seed presowing biostimulation]
2000
Rivis, Yi.F. | Kovalyshyn, S.Yi.
The effectiveness is determined of the plants' presowing biostimulation based on the early estimation of the biochemical indices of the substances that are the constituents of the membrane and cytoplasmic structures of the plants' cells. While studying the content of etherificated and non-etherificated highly molecular fatty acids in the seedlings, roots and seed rests, in the treated and non-treated seed material, as well as the energy of germination and germination as such, it is possible to determine the parameters of the regimen of electrostimulation of seed. Cereal seeds, such as common ryegrass and winter wheat, were the object of the study. As a result of the work conducted, the ways are suggested of choosing the optimal regimens of presowing seed electrostimulation by means of determining a content of linoleic acid and etherificated forms of capric, palmitic and oleic fatty acids in the treated seed material
