The actual characteristics of the catchement, the climatic and other factors make it possible for the intensive agricultural production. In that case, agricultural becomes a potential nonpoint-source polluter of the analyzed reservoir. Comparing the volume of use of mineral fertilizers with the contents of nitrates and phosphates in the reservoir water, their relations was observed.
