An analytical model is put forward, through which is carried out engineering analysis, designing and construction of a model stock-breeding building with aeration.The structure of the construcyive module of the building is made up by 4 blocks, in a way that the manufacture in the building is centralized in special bases, the mass and the overall dimensions should allow the transportation to the destination to be carried out by available means, and the assembly not to require specialized equipment.The model enables the parameters of the thermal insulation to be optimized for each block and for the building as a whole, the conduits for aeration to be dimensioned, so that the aeration can be guaranteed even in the hottests summer days, various combinations can be implemented and modern materials can be used with the objective to reduce the cost of the building, to lighten the structure, in providing the requirements on quality according to the veterinarian and sanitarian norms.
