Therapy of sheep dicrocoeliosis

The efficacy of a number of anthelminthic medicines with active substances: netobimin, albendazole, closantel, nitroxmil, diamphenetid, praziquantel and triclabendazole against Dicrocoelium dendriticum has been tested. The allowing anthelminthic medicines have shown to be most effective: netobimin, dose of 20 mg/kg b. w. - 94,23%, albendazole, one - time use, 15 mg/kg - 67,75-73,1%, and two-time doses of 10 mg/kg at an interval of 10 days - 88,9%; closantel, doses of 10 mg/kg internally - 56% and 5 mg/kg parenterally - 50,7%.
