Optimal age and parameters of seedling obtained on peat substratums in a hothouse, and on hydroponics are established. The value of "race" of plants is determined. Usage of method of seedling in original seed growing of potatoes allows on 20-25% to increase productivity of culture and on 15-17 days to speed up obtaining a yield was established. The most effective volume of seedling nutrition sprouts makes 125-150sm3
