Article provides the data on developing the optimal conditions for the counter immune electroosmophoresis to diagnose anaerobic enterotoximia of calves. The research established that the counter immune electroosmophoresis is a specific, highly sensitive express test for the diagnosis of anaerobic enterotoximia of Cl.perfringens type A and it also has 26% higher sensitivity than the neutralization test, which was proved on the tests with white mice
