In terms of the wide spectrum of professional activities the specialists of the university offer a number of professional information for various target groups, within the framework the accepted conception in an advisory extention service. One of them is information processing and their internet aceess in the information system Agris operated at CUA in Prague. Another significant system is the help in answers concerning professional questions, that have been coming to the lnformation desk of IAFI (Institute of Agriculture and Food Information).The well known activities are the thematically directed professional conferences or seminars and the direct advisory co-operation with the original production. The centre of gravity in the advisory work at the university can be summarised in a nutshell: obtaining, operation, access and distribution of information for the aÔvisory network.
