The contribution presents results of studies of Czech Republic foreign trade development from 1993 to 1999, focused on import, export, turnover and trade balance volume as well as on coverage of import by vegetables and fruits export, differentiated adccording to selected countries. The contribution presents also results of research of volume development tendencies of both evaluated commodities production as a whole, as well as their conversion at one inhabitant of middle condition.
