The polychlorized compounds are the most dangerious contaminants of environmental origin. They are everywhere present in the nature; having enriched through the food chain they get over the placenta and are secreted in the milk. In general they get into human body by means of foodstuffs. Regarding their toxicological evoluation there are yet many contradictions. Tolerable Daily Intake (TDI) through lifetime established on the basis of the available figures as well as the really consumed quantities are in the same magnitude.
