Effect of herbicide and fungicide treatments on the gluten content, gluten spread and falling number of the grain yield of winter wheat varieties

The flour parameters, important in technological processing were investigated for pesticide-treated wheat varieties. The pesticides were applied in different phenophases in 1999, which was a rainier year than average. The parameters studied were: wet and dry gluten content, gluten spread and falling number. The wheat varieties were: GK Elet, GK Garaboly, GK Sara, GK Miska and GK Petur. Besides the control, 8 pesticides with various active ingredients were used in different combinations in various wheat phenophases.
