Effect of plant protection treatments on the yield quantity and quality of wheat varieties

The action mechanisms of three types of plant protection chemicals were studied between 1995 and 2000 on the wheat varieties Mv 21, Alfold 90, Fatima 2, Mv Magdalena and Mv Palma. The fungicide were sprayed at the usual times, when agronomically justified. In the case of the herbicides the action mechanism was investigated when they were sprayed later than usual, after heading.
