This research was carried out in the experimental field of Tekirdag Agricultural Faculty. Twenty-two Hungarian vetch lines were sown at a plant density of 150 seeds/m2 in a randomised block design. Some important characters such as plant height, number of branches, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, pod width, pod length, 1000 seed weight, fodder and seed yield were investigated.
