The effect of the preventive medicine No.4 was good when putting a drop to the young chickens' eyes of 7 days and spraying the soluble medicine of 100 folds as a granule of 80-120 micro. The age appropriate to spray and inoculate was 21-25 days for the first time, the second was 55-60 days and the third 120-130 days, and after that, it could be inoculated every 4 or 5 months
