[Study on the diagnosis of tobacco mosaic virus occured on tomato in greenhouse and its low-toxicity]

The TMV was occured on tomatoe greenhouse including distinguishable plants(natural tobacco, morning glory, tomato, tobacco) and diagnosis by the physical character and serum, and main pathogene was considered as tobacco mosaic virus. The weakened tobacco mosaic virus strains could be isolated by heat treatment, and when we cultivated TMV in the temperature of 35 deg C for over 10 days, the mosaic symptom of tomato was disappeared and some virus which was lower in toxicity than parent strain was propagated
