The effect of irrigation with water of increased mineralization on salt regime and agrotechnical properties of grounds is studied. The standards of permissible limits for miniralization and water quality, water use rates for agricultural crops on irrigation with low quality water in various soil-and-meliorative and hydrogeologic conditions are elaborated. The dependencies of irrigation rate on water miniralization and salt tolerance of crops being cultivated in the south of Kazakhstan, irrigation rates for various years of provision with moisture are calculated. The technological procedures of cultivation and irrigation regime for new cultivars of potato in the conditions of foothills of the south of Kazakhstan.
