Recomendation on the system of antibrucellous measures being carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (for small farms and private farms)

Epizootologic regionalization of cattle brucellar infection is made on a base of analysis of veterinary reports. The authors single out five epizootologic districts on the territory of kazakhstan differing in nature-economic indices, disease rate and animal raising technology. In the connection with the said above, the additional methods of diagnostics, schemes for use of specific prophylactic drugs, systems of sanitary measures are developed, which turned to be the most effective and economically sound for definite epizootologic districts. In the north zone of Kazakhstan, where the most part of farms were of "closed-type", the priority measure was organization of specialized farm for raising of heiters-followers from the cows with negative reaction taken from unsuccessfulfarms. To decrease epizootic stress, the cows from unfavourable herds are immunized by strain 19 vaccine. For differential diagnostics, the system of measures includes agglutination reaction with antigens suggested by the authors. Depending on epizootic situation, the diagnostic studies with subsequent removing of the animals having positive reaction and carrying out the measures for killing the causative agent in the outer medium are realized.
