The present invention relates to new compounds, containing triazole or imidazole and tetrahydrofuran groups, for use in plant protection. It also relates to the processes for the preparation of the said compounds and products which can be used, if desired, as intermediate in the processes of preparation. It further relates to the use of these compounds as fungicides, to the fungicidal compositions based on these compounds and to the processes, using these compounds, for the control of fungal diseases of crops
