The fungi gathering is a popular form of recreation at present. It brings, however, some danger. The inexperienced people can be easy wrong by determine the fungi species. The safe determination needs to know well the signs of single species. There are presented the data about fructification of the inedible and poisonous macrofungi occurrence from Duchonka recreation area (east part of the Povazsky Inovec Mts.) in this work. The research has been made in 1996-1997 and 54 inedible and poisonous fungi species were determined. Some species, which edibility is not clear, or there are different opinions on it, were recorded
