The effect of price changes of inputs and outputs on forest production

Methodology for the analysis of the effect of price changes of the inputs and outputs of forest production on the value of its results is characterized in the paper. Procedures of identification and quantification of price changes of main production factors are presented as well as the effect of the changes on the results of production process. The procedures are based on aggregated data of forest production costs and trends of the prices for the assortments of wood. Interannual and multiannual effects of the changes of market prices for wood assortments and input of forest production were analyzed on the set of production-economic data from the sector of state forests in Slovakia
