Results revealed that factors effecting soybean production increasement of farmers were: increasing production cost, expanding sizes of soybean cropping areas, increasing production incomes, and not being group membership in dealing with soybean. These four variables were accounted for 48.003 percent of soybean production increasement. The one way analysis of variance revealed that there were statistical differences at .05 level among five variables in three Amphoe. Those variables were production cost, production incomes, sizes of soybean cropping areas, number of labors, and amount of soybean growing seeds. Problems facing farmers in producing soybean were; dispersion of insect pests, lack of farm machinery and labors, lack of capitals, unstable production prices, and lack of appropriate knowledge. Suggestions for development of soybean production were to: advocate group activities, decrease production cost, supply soybean seeds, supply irregation, guarantee prices, promote soybean processing, provide adequate knowledge, and support farm machinery, pesticides, fertilizers and hormone.
