Social problems in the rural area are being under study. The future of the rural area needs constant attention and the state aid as regards to the social sphere development. Giving peasants the land shares and property part demands creating necessary conditions in order to give them possibility to independently unite and work out social problems. Providing villages with man-power, using the land shares, reviving production and non-production relations in so-called brigade villages should be coordinated. The attention is drawn to the ways for financing social problems in the rural area. Reforming the existing network of the objects of social sphere and functioning the housing economy deserve special attention
