The thesis covers theoretical and practical problems of the improvement in the methods of the further reformation and investment of the development of the food industry and processing industry enterprises. Issues of producing the raw materials for downloading their facilities able to produce the amount of food products allowing to supply the population in accordance with scientifically substantiated norms are considered as well. Ukraine's food safety is stated to depend on their work. The necessity of changes in the policy of the state as to crediting the enterprises which produce socially important foods is underlined
