[Method of obtaining nutrient medium for growing the mycelium of edible fungi]

The invention is referred to agriculture and microbiology and may be used in growing the sowing mycelium of the edible fungi using the method of solid phase fermentation for the industrial cultivation. The present method includes seed boiling, mixing with gypsum and chalk as well as sterilization. The method is distinguished by using infra-red radiation in seed processing prior to the boiling. Such seed treatment enables the mycelium to use the highest possible amount of nutritive substances of the substrate obtained under the effect of infra-red rays in the period of growth on it
