[Composition of the ingredients of the "Obolon Lemonade" soft drink]

The invention is aimed at increasing in the quality of soft drinks and improvement in soft drinks ingredients' composition. The composition suggested contains sugar, apple juice, citric and ascorbic acids, aromatizer, colour, carbon dioxide, water, and, additionally, sodium benzoate. The soft drink is distinguished by containing the "Lemonade" aromatizer No. 875 and the caramel No. 171 produced by the "Doehler-Eurocitrus Co". The "Obolon" soft drink is made in accordance with the appropriate technology and technological instruction
