The invention, which is referred to winemaking and deals with producing ordinary table dry rose wines, is aimed at the improvement in the production technology of the wine in order to better their organoleptic properties. The method envisages cutting the grapes, destemming them, separating the gravity-flow must and first-press fraction must, must setting, full must fermentation, mixing of white and red wine materials. The invention is distinguished by the fact that the wine materials of white European varieties, in particular, Aligote, Rkatsiteli, Sukholimansky, and mixture of wine materials of red varieties are blended in the following amounts correspondingly 10-15 %, 10-15, 10-15 and 55-65 % of the blending's volume
