The propolis honey production technology is described. The chemical structure of propolis and its antibacterial effect on human organizm are touched on. The propolis honey is characterized as to its anticeptic, wound-healing and antioxidant effect and metabolic processes stimulation. All the propolis preparations obtained are assessed as to their flavonoid content. Soft propolis extracts contain more active substances as compared to certain variants of propolis nastoykas. To prepare the propolis honey the soft propolis extract is used. The propolis honeys are proposed to be used as medical and prophylactic preparations
