From 46 disease sample which are excret from month and pharynx and together with 18 internal organs of sick and death pythons at poultry Research Center of Hanoi City were isolated, cultured and determinated the disease agent for pneumonia purulenta in pythons is bacterial group: Actinobacillus sp, Pseudomonas sp. Staphylococcus and Streptococcus. The baeteria which are isolated from python have high pathogenicity for white mice (kill mice within 24 hours) and are highly sensitive to antibiotics as Chloramphenicol, Oxytetracyclin and Neomycin, Prevention measure prevention for python herd of 70 individuals. The livability researches to more than 90 percent and python herd is growing well.
