The in vitro propagation procedure of commercial banana varieties was improved. The liquid rooted medium was established (MS medium supplemend 0,5 mg/1 NAA) and shoot - culture density optimated (3 shoots/cluster, 5 clusters/vessel). This is the best effective procedure for banana micropropagation
