The possibility for using inedible by-products obtained at slaughtering of broilers as the raw material for pet food production - dogs and cats - has been investigated in this work. On the basis of data obtained on chemico-nutritive value (basic chemical composition, nitrogen fractions, digestible N, amino acid and fatty acid composition) of different inedible by-products from slaughtered broilers (blood, complete of intestines, heads and legs, mixed by-products, separated bones) it has been concluded that these products are valuable raw materials for production of comlete pet food.
