The comparison of fatty acids of inner and outer crossbreds fatteners' backfat

The aim of this was analysis of fatty acids profile coing from the inner and outer backfat. The samples of backfat were taken from place over the shoulder and back of crossbred fatteners ((Polish Large White x Polish Landrace) x Hampshire). The inner layer characterised with lower content of unsaturated fatty acids in comparison with outer layer. Analyzing the backfat's profile of fatty acids, there is importmant to term precisely places of sampling.
