Biomass benefit plants were intensive under construction in the Vojvodina Province, Serbia (Yugoslavia), 15 to 20 years ago. But during past ten years, the government didn't screw up courage for new investment in such facilities. Concerning the development trends in the world, as well as Yugoslav difficulties with insufficient energy amounts, one can say that all circumstances are settled down for project which would more intensive the use of biomass as a fuel. This is specially related to agriculture, because the utilization of biomass as a fuel will increases energy self-sufficient. The project, which is proportional to today's state possibility, is presented in this paper. The very first step of such an action is obtaining a bank credits for ten plants. The second project's steps are group of activities for searching larger amount of money, so that more facilities can be realized through project. On that way the Vojvodina Province (Serbia, Yugoslavia) should "catch a step" with the countries of EU in a view of energy sources re-structure.
