Ongoing research project is divided in six parts: 1)Technical development of the gas in vitro methods; 2)Determined of digestion kinetic parameters to different components of feed; 3)Methods to estimate digestion kinetic parameters; 4)Development of models used to interpret gas production curves; 5)To study with gas in vitro methods the nutritional value of the most important feeds and the possible effect of processing to their feeding value; 6)Testing the models with results from in vivo experiments
