The Content of Radionuclides in the Ploughed Layer of Meskheti Soils

In Meskheti the content of radionuclides increases from the West to the East. The content of K40 is due to the common content of K, and is determined by the type of the soil. An average content of potassium makes 88,7%% of the overall content of radionuclides. In Meskheti soils the content of natural radionuclides is due to the content of bedrock of soil and the use of fertilizers and manures.
