[Effects of Lindamin herbicide residues on population changes of bacterial spore on soil]

The research on the influence of existing Lindamin herbicide residue to the alternate of spore forming bacteria in the fertile soil has been carried out. The research has been arranged in complete randomized design. The treatment consist of four kinds of difference observation time, namely 4th, 8th, and 10th day, after herbicide supplied as much as suggested dosage. The design with five times replication. The treatment soils were incubated in room temperature. The result of the research was that there is no significant difference between all different times of observation. Eventhough there are fluctuation number of spore forming bacteria population in the difference observation day
