Tests were carried out in form of 3-years micro-plot experiment on sour brown soil. The soil was fertilized with vermicompost from sewage sludge. Vermicompost was used in doses of: 30, 75, 150, 300 and 600 Mg/ha, and the control was organically non-fertilized soil. Oxidation susceptibility of organic matter was determined using the method of Loginow-Wisniewski. On the organic carbon content and quality of organic matter of tested soil, characterized by oxidized fractions and chemically non-oxidized fractions significant influence have doses of used vermicompost. Vermicompost regarding to organically non-fertilized control a statistically confirm effect on diminishing of oxidized fractions has been noticed starting from the smallest dose (30Mg/ha)
