Content of phosphorus in the meadow sward under conditions of differentiated fertilization

It was found that the same phosphorus rates applied at different fertilization treatments caused, in successive years an increase of this element content in meadow sward; simultaneously the sward was characterized by increased share of dicots. In extreme years, i.e. 1983 and 1999, under mineral fertilization (P, PK, NPK) the phosphorus content in plant was 2.5 to 3.7 g/kg DM, respectively, whereas under farmyard manure treatment (applied alternately or every year) it ranged from 2.4 to 3.9 g/kg DM.
