The cooperatives being specific organizational units have also their weak points. Peasants do not always understand the need for vertical integration or internationalization. Their main aim is to get high profit in the short time. However, the introduction of Common Agriculture Policy and the Gatt will enforce the cooperatives to acting more decisively and to cooperate with their partners. It would be of great importance all the possibilities to be real and profitable because large size cooperatives are not always highly productive
