The paper presented the results of 3-year studies (1977-99) on the nutritive value of meadow sward irrigated with waste water. Obtained results show, that meadow irrigating with the sewage, irrespective on the type of community caused on increase in contents of protein, raw ash and fat, phosphorus, manganese and zinc, with a deficiency of calcium, magnesium, sodium, copper, iron and twice excessive quantity of potassium
