Biological activity of bioinsecticides in relation to the selected plant pests

The investigation conducted for a number of years is connected with searching for plants characteristic for our climate and soils whose different kind of extracts have a negative effect on pests. The presented results concern the influence of extracts of the selected plants as well as the Sincocin preparation and azadirachtin on the cabbage butterfly and the potato beetle. It has been stated that the highest antifeedant activity was shown by azadirachtin and the extracts from the Ajuga reptans and the Calendula officinalis
