The agricultural Council in Poland resumed its activity at the end of 1996, under the act of Dec 14, 1995 . The task of this economic organization associating obligatorily all farmers, is representing the interests of this social group in the government and influencing the emergence of the agricultural politics. The first year of the activity of the Agricultural Chambers resulted in creating organizational structures, announcing its existence to the provincial government as well as recognizing problems which bother Polish farmers
