The aim of the research was to determine the morphological features and productivity of the short rotation willow clones in relation to harvesting frequency and planting density. The highest yield of wood dry matter - 21.47 t per ha and per year was obtained in three years cutting cycle. Shortening cutting cycle to two and one year resulted in yield decrease to 16.07 and 14.81 t per ha and year, respectively. It was found that increasing planting density resulted in reduction of stem number per one plant irrespectively of cutting interval
