Yield and nitrogen management of spring triticale plants in relation to plant growth regulator application

It was found that the application of 3-indolebutyric acid caused a significant increase in grain mass yield, whereas the application of gibberellic acid resulted in a larger yield of vegetative mass. The application of the growth regulators resulted in nitrogen increase in grain through transfer from the ears. Gibberellic acid increased the amount of the nonprotein nitrogen form in grain which contributed to the decrease of proper protein yield
