Soluble forms of heavy metals in antropogenic soils of Warsaw area

In this work the content of heavy metals (Zn; Cu; Pb; Ni and Cd) soluble in 0.1 M HCl in anthropogenic soils (A-horizon) near the petrol stations is presented. The contents of soluble forms Zn, Cu and Cd in horizon A were significantly corellated with their total amounts. The mean concentration of soluble forms in percent of total amounts was as following: Zn (51.7), Cd (27.9), Cu (20.5), Pb (17.5), Ni (7.6) and it was significantly higher than in arable soils
