The results of three-year investigations concerning the effect of differentiated nitrogen fertilizer forms and methods of their application on the content of certain constituents in white head cabbage, grown in field conditions are presented. Apart from the fertilization factors, the climatic conditions being different in each year of the experiment significantly affected the content of nutritional compounds determined in the cabbage head
